Relationships of sedentary lifestyles and office jobs

Nowadays it’s obvious many people work in offices. Followed by, people inevitably do less activity in work time. That means the more office jobs, the more sedentary lifestyle. Something that researchers believe can cause irreversible effects on people’s health. So I agree many of the diseases have a direct relationship with sedentary lifestyles.

By the improvements of computer technology in the last two decades, most of the jobs computerized and they are affiliated with it now. Sitting on computer reached to more than twelve hours per day for some particular situations. This position can cause chronic hurts in neck and back and make legs’ muscles weak and weaker. Moreover, repercussions from digital screens might effect on nerves and headache by consequence.

Therefore, not only do people these non-active works during working time but also due to the weakness of the muscles that mentioned above, people tend to continue this settled lifestyle at home and leisure time too. For instance, watching television and going to the cinema are one of the most favorite places for customers in offices in their free time.

Also, we have to get on with this inevitable jobs styles, but we can do some activities to prevent people from weakness and diseases. Like having permanent sports programs such as pool and gym or do something different such as playing football or other sports.

At last, it seems the number of office jobs is increasing in this ages and growth in technology is provoking this trend. So people’s health is now in danger and if employers do not play an important role, we would have extreme problems in the future.
